Tyre Recapping-Receipt Bill • This is the second voucher type under Tyre Recapping. • Receipt Bill is created after the Tyre's are received back from vendor. • If a Tyre is not fit to be recapped that also we mention in this voucher only. • We will also get expected life of Tyre after remolding.   3. To Create Tyre Recapping Issue entry first click on Transactions on main screen Now click on Reciept Bill to open the form Now click on Tyre Recapping from the menu then Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. The Window shows various search options on which we can search for existing records and also a button to create a record. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. Now lets do a search to view all records. Just click on search button and all records will be displayed on the screen. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. To view or Edit any record click on the button corresponding to that entry. Depending on user rights they will be displayed. Edit Button View Button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. Lets start by creating a new record to do this click on + New Record button. This blank form is shown on the screen, we will start by entering the branch name. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. Enter Branch Name, date for this example I am taking Narol branch date as current date, for Vendor Name I have selected HARYANA TYRE SOLE Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. Enter the Challan / Bill No of the received Tyres, Challan Date. You can also write comment regarding this delivery, like it its late or improper or any thing meaningful. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Now Select the Tyres from the list which came back. Here it will show the tyres send to this vendor only. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. Enter new Tyre NSD, Rethread Cost if Any then select the Godown where the tyre is now Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. Select the Tyre received condition if the tyre was remoulded or was it rejected by the remoulding company (in that case it will goto scrap) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Enter the Expected Tyre Life in KM’s after remoulding process then click on Add button to add it in the list. By following this procedure we can add multiple tyres which came back from Remoulding company. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  15. Now click on Save button and the voucher will be saved. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
