  2. Brian Glade Moderator – Managing Director, AESC As Managing Director, Global Strategy and the Americas, Brian is responsible for AESC membership in North, Central, and South America, as well as serving as Secretary to the AESC Board of Directors.

  3. Jo BennetPartner – AmropBattalia WinstonPanelist Jo Joined Battalia Winston in 1990, she previously worked in HR for United Brands Company and Tetley Inc. Jo’s executive search expertise is in conducting senior level executive search assignments for a broad cross-section of areas in professional services, financial services and not-for-profit organizations. Jo is a graduate of Duke University.

She leads the Industry , Energy, Automotive and Engineering Practice for AltoPartners worldwide. Prior to this she was C.E.O of the Technological park of Castilla and Leon, as well as Executive Vice-president of the Agency of Economic Development of Junta de Castilla and Leon, one of the autonomous communities of Spain, where she contributed significantly in developing strategic and technological business sectors in the region. She is Vice-president and Member of the Board of the French Chamber of Commerce in Madrid, and an active member of the Italian and American Chambers of Commerce in Spain.

Derek BraddockManaging Partner – Higdon Braddock Matthews LLCPanelist Derek joined the Higdon Partners in 2005 and previously had over nine years of experience in financial services, predominantly in sales and product management roles. At HigdonBraddockMatthews, his search experience has been focused on investment and sales/marketing professionals, notably in the alternative investments arena. Derek began his career at Lord, Abbett & Co. in mutual fund sales and marketing.

  6. Craig BuffkinManaging Partner – The Buffkin GroupPanelist Craig serves as the managing partner and is actively involved in client and business development. He also leads the Direct Marketing and Technology practices for the Buffkin Group. Prior to founding Buffkin & Associates, Mr. Buffkin was Vice-President of Professional Recruiting Solutions-Nashville, a national technology search firm. Mr. Buffkin has completed over 100 searches while involved in both firms.
