  6. OUR COUNTRY RECORDS AND MEDALS OF OLİMPİCS Yasar Erkan won the gold medal at the Olympics in 1936, this is the first gold medal taken in Olympic history.  Ahmet Kireçci won a gold medal in 1948 Olympics, this is the first medal taken in Oliympic history

  7. By winning a bronze medal in 1936 and a golden medal in 1948 , Ahmet Kireçci became the first Turkish athlethe who won the medals in two different Olympics • By winning a bronze medal in triple jump ,Ruhi Sarıalp became the first Turkish athlethe who won a medal in a branch except wrestling

  8. Hülya Şenyurt was the first Turkish athlette who won a bronze medal in 1992 Olympics Naim Süleymanoğlu won the gold medal in the category of weightlifting in 1988, 1992 and 1996 also he won three gold medals at the Olympics
