  38. 3. What can be done to help schools change their paradigm? The AECT FutureMinds Initiative Strategy The school district must be the unit of change. Districts need two things: Expertise & Money State Education Agencies should meet these needs. SEAs have to build their capacity. The FutureMinds Initiative helps SEAs do this. (2) The School System Transformation Protocol is used.
