  1. Captains/Information Meeting • FGCU Fly By Night 50-Mile Relay • Saturday, Feb. 22, 7 p.m.—Sunday, Feb. 23, 4 a.m. • Location: Recreation Field 1, FGCU Main Campus • Check-In: Saturday, Feb. 22, 5-6:30 p.m. • Event Schedule • Logistics

  2. 50-Mile Relay • Relay Rules • Captains must turn in a roster/waiver signed by all team members and submit it by 6:45 p.m. • Course Map • Timing/Scoreboard

  3. What to Bring • Tents • Liquids (Water, Gatorade, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, etc.) • Food/Snacks (Proteins, Energy Bars, etc.) • Chairs & Blankets • Spirit Competition Materials • DONATIONS • Toys & treats for dogs and cats at the Gulf Coast Humane Society

  4. Spirit Competition • Teams will be judged at 8:30pm on: • Number of collected toys/treats for the humane society • Campsite design • Team member attire • Embodiment of school spirit • Poster making supplies will be available on site!

  5. What Not To Bring • Alcohol • Grills • Items that require electrical outlets • Large tent stakes

  6. Check-In • All teams must check-in by 6:30 p.m. on Rec Field 1 • Roster/waivers must be submitted by 6:45pm • Get your teammates who cannot arrive on time to sign the waiver prior to race day. • Participants that have not signed a waiver will be ineligible • GET THERE EARLY! • We recommend teams arrive by 6 p.m. to set up camp

  7. *subject to change* Event Schedule 5:00pm– Check In Opens6:00pm – Team Poster Making Station (open until 9pm) and Photo Booth (open until midnight)6:45pm – Check In Closes(roster/waivers must be submitted)7:30pm – Yoga: led byPhi Eta Sigma8:30pm – Team Camp Spirit Judgingby FGCU Cheerleaders9:00pm – FREE food provided by SG & IFC11:00pm – Yoga: 15 min sessions led by Fitness Instructor Midnight– First team expected to finish around this time4:00am – Course Closes • And more to be announced on race day!

  8. Logistics • Parking • All Participants must park in Parking Garage 1 or Auxiliary Parking Lot 8 • Aid Stations • Water and aid stations will be set up on the course and on Rec Field 1
