  4. Pago Screening • EL CUESTIONARIO DEBE SER ENTREGADO A TODAS LAS MUJERES > = 15 AÑOS QUE ACUDAN AL SERVICIO DE URGENCIA DE UN HOSPITAL INCLUIDO EN EL PILOTO. • LA MUJER ES VICTIMA DE VIF, CUANDO CONTESTA UNA O MÁS RESPUESTAS POSITIVAS DEL CUESTIONARIO.

  5. Pago Consejería Casos VIF • La consejería debe ser realizada por profesionales con experiencia en genero y/o capacitados en violencia intrafamiliar. • Idealmente debe estar disponible en horario diurno y nocturno. Esta canasta se paga cuando un caso es registrado como VIF, precio único independiente del problema salud.

  6. Pago Tratamiento y Seguimiento Esta actividad que se realiza en la actualidad, será marcada y pagada por FONASA, con el objeto de que las interconsultas al nivel secundario y terciario se realicen en el menor tiempo posible.

  7. TRATAMIENTOS FINANCIADOS POR OTROS PROGRAMAS INTERCONSULTAS QUE NO FINANCIARÁ PILOTO VIF: • PROBLEMAS DE SALUD AUGE (Trauma Ocular Grave, Gran Quemado, Traumatismo Cráneo Encefálico Moderado o Grave, Politraumatizado Grave, Parto Prematuro, Depresión, Dependencia Alcohol y Drogas, otros) • PRESTACIONES PPV (Salud Mental, otros) • DERIVACIÓN APS (Control Médico, Equipo VIF, COSAM, otros)

  8. RED DE PRESTADORES Y ESTIMACION DE ACTIVIDAD

PLANILLA DE REGISTRO MENSUAL SERVICIO DE SALUD: ______________________________________________ ESTABLECIMIENTO: _______________________________________________ MES DE ATENCION: _______________________________________________ • FONASA pagará todos los casos registrados • Pago en 4 cuotas (agosto, sept., oct. y nov.) • SS debe adjuntar fotocopia cuestionarios completados • SS debe adjuntar fotocopia del Formulario de Atención de Urgencia (Módulo Básico de Atención de Urgencias)
