  2. MAXimum Success • Backed by Allen Sports Association – Non-Profit Organization with 35 years of experience in youth sports • Pilot Program produced top-ranking team in 1st year – Ranked 17th in North Texas in 2009-10 • Last year had several high ranking teams with the 12’s National team ranking 6th in North Texas.

  3. MAXimum Commitment • Provide Highest Competition at Reasonable Cost • Strengthen Middle School & High School Athletics programs • Provide High Quality Coaching • Build Confidence and Trust Between Families and Club

  4. MAXimum Convenience • Provide a local venue for top level athletes to receive training to advance their skills • All practices held in Allen • Ereckson Middle School • Blue Sky Sports Center • Other AISD courts if necessary

  5. MAXimum Playing Time • Teams limited to 10 players to provide as much play time as possible for all members of the team. • Teams are formed to be successful, not just to have multiple teams.

  6. MAXimum Commitment Our coaches are committed to improving each player's skills.  This is a passion, not a job. 5 Committed Coaches for the 2011-12 Season • Steve Lam has been coaching volleyball in ASA and PSA for seven years.  He has experienced coaching teams from the 2nd grade to 7th grade.  He is USAV IMPACT certified and CAP I.  Steve started playing volleyball in grade school and in organized competition for over 25 years.  He has played outside hitter and defensive specialist for a club team while at the University of Oklahoma and continues to play competitively • David Bauchert has been coaching volleyball with ASA for the past two years, and has over 25 years of volleyball experience.  He has played competitively in all varieties of volleyball – sand, grass, indoor, doubles, triples, sixes, men’s and co-ed.  He primarily plays outside hitter and middle positions.  David is USAV IMPACT certified.

  8. MAXimum Value • Since Club Max is backed by ASA and is a non-profit, club fees can be much more affordable than other area clubs. • The lower fees do not mean less coaching or lower competition. Our goal is to provide the highest competition at a reasonable cost. • Club Max fees are one half to one third the cost of most North Texas clubs.
