Planning for Cluster Exit Milestone 6 – plans for sustainability – not just what you plan to do, but what you have been planning and implementing in the last 6 months of the contract Finalise this plan at your next staff meeting Email a copy to Barbara by end of week 2 Use this as the basis for your school milestone reporting on sustainability strategy – review regularly and collect evidence. Don’t wait til it’s too late!
