  2. My Problem My family and I were having trouble with Sara, our dog. Every time my mom and dad had to go out of town they left us at my grandma’s house. Well, Sara doesn’t bark a lot so, we didn’t know when she needed to be left out so, we found “messes” on the floor. As a result our grandma wasn’t happy.

  3. Brainstorming….. I started thinking and these were my ideas……… 1.To put bells on a door. 2.To make the “Dogs Tell”. 3.To try to train her AGAIN! day 1

  4. The Idea I Chose For My Invention The idea I chose was…………………………………… The Dogs Tell!!!!!!! I chose this idea because it is the safest, it works, it’s easy to make, it’s inexpensive, and it’s eye popping! day 1

  5. My Design My prototype is made out of the things listed below. 1.A painted cheese ball container. 2.Plastic painted cups. 3.A wireless doorbell and button day 2

  6. How I Built It First, I took the cheese ball container and painted it, but from the inside ,so if a dog bumps it it won’t scratch! While, that dried I took the cups and painted them from the inside too. Then, after they dried I colored the edges of the cups. After that, I painted the lid. Next, I glued all the cups on the cheese ball container. Finally after everything dried I put on the stickers. day 3

  7. Testing My Design I asked 4 friends the following questions: can a dog use it?, does it cost a lot to make?, is it durable?, is it safe? to see if it would work.

  9. Results of Testing My Design 100% of the people who participated in my test found that a dog could use The Dogs Tell, it would not cost a lot to make, it is durable, and it is safe.

  10. How I Can Improve It I think I can improve it by sticking out the button. I also think add I should red solo cups and bigger letters. day 4

  11. Why People Should Buy It I think dog lovers should buy it because is hard to train them to go outside, so the Dogs Tell will alert you so you won’t find any “messes” on your floor. After buying it you and your dog will be happy, and this I guarantee! day 5
