Cabbage. I n each Slovak family cabbage is doing otherwise because people it is like any other. Ingredients : 1 kg sauerkraut smoked pork and chicken bones 50 g dried mushrooms 1 sausag e bay leaf cream pepper. Instructions : The bones do broth.

  3. Ingredients: • 1 kg sauerkraut • smoked pork and chicken bones • 50 g dried mushrooms • 1 sausage • bay leaf • cream • pepper

  4. Instructions: • The bones do broth. • Strain it and add sauerkraut with mushrooms, sausage and bay leaf and cook for about an hour. • After cooking cabbage soup seasoned with a spoonful of sour cream, salt and ground black pepper. • Serve with white bread.
