Task Stream Contract Update CEOL has paid for TS during years 1 and 2 Course Assessment Fee has been approved Fee takes effect Fall 2010 Must identify program advisors to help with the administration of student accounts Students may need support with use of registration key code, self-enrollment (program) code, posting video and office files, etc.

Accreditation plan/Timeline NCATE/CCTC Joint Visit – CONFIRMED: April 10, 2011 NCATE Institutional Report due six months prior – October 10, 2010 This IR will be written by a central writing team and based on the Self-Assessments (using Biennial Report as template) CCTC programs write BR’s and others write self-assessments (based on the BR template) BR’s and Self Assessments due August 15, 2010

Accreditation plan/Timeline(continued) The IR writing team to prepare the final NCATE report for submission by October 10, 2010 Off-site review happens around December 2010 Time is given to refine our representation of the unit On-site visit in April 2010 Pre-Visit from CA representative – May 26, 2010 June 15, 2010 Transition 1-4 (including Key Assessment data) will be ready for review We need admissions data for new Win/Spr 2010 students by June 10, 2010

October 2010 November 2010 December 2010 Off-Site Review by NCATE - Expect feedback from NCATE on IR BRs due to CA and IR due to NCATE – 10/10 Watch the LA Angels in World Series
