Steps to Resolve the Device Setup Failed Issue • Disconnect and reconnect the USB cables • Check the USB connection • Connect with different USB cable • Reset the printer • Refresh the windows Device Manager • Uninstall the HP driver and software applications • Turn off the programs which are running in background

  4. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cables • Disconnect the cables from the printer and computer • Wait for 5 seconds and then reconnect them properly • And then try the installation
