There is plenty to do at Saida with tennis courts, 2 heated pools and 2 jacuzzis, plus an on the complex ground bar & grill. With push button gate access to the beach, as well as 24 hour a day security that insures complex safety and privacy. There are over 300 condos here, and we offer more selection of condo sizes & décor than anywhere else on the web. Island Services also directly manages Saida, insuring you & your family a seamless condo rental right on the beach.

3. The pool area at Saida consists of three pool areas. The largest pool area is not heated by the bar & grill. The other 2 pools closest to the beach are heated year round. The property features 3 outdoor hot tubs & a snack bar grill and bar by the main pool.

4. The Saida Towers condos feature full kitchens & living rooms. All 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos are both ocean and pool views with private balconies to enjoy. All kitchens are fully equipped with utensils / cookware as well as the condos having all bed linens & towels

5. Saida is on the best strip of beach on South Padre that is very wide and clean. The ocean gradually drops off making it ideal for swimming with kids. Beach chair / umbrella rentals are available for $35 for the entire day. The beach is BYOB & open container friendly with sand castle lessons & banana boating available.
