  2. Why Dropbox is Not Working ? Dropbox not working because of various reasons like it is having problem in syncing. When client is doing some minor mistakes such as entering wrong username- password. Your computer’s firewall is blocking it or you are storing incompatible bad files etc.

  3. Why I am not able to Access to My Dropbox ? A client sees his/her folder or file on the Dropbox.com but when they check their Dropbox folder in their computer it does not appear, it happens when their computer is not synced/linked to their Dropbox account. The Dropbox App may not be running in your computer. You have to restart the computer and the dropbox and check the Dropbox Account and check the Selective sync. These can be reason that your Dropbox is not working.
