What did Survey say on Company Culture? • According to a survey conducted by Glassdoor’s Mission and Culture 2019, stated that 56% of individuals claim that work culture is more important than the size of their monthly pay-check or the pay scale. • About 65% of individuals or employees said that their company’s work culture is one of the important and main aspects for them staying in their current job.”  • Work culture is something that all the candidates look for in an office because you are spending the majority of your day in the office working for at least 10-12 hours a day. • We have proved that work culture is more important than the pay scale of the company.
