  2. About Client • The Smart Tips application has been ingeniously crafted to facilitate seamless gratuity provision to service staff even in the absence of physical currency. Through the simple act of associating one's credit card with the application, a singular linkage is established, permitting expedient payments with just a few clicks for all ensuing transactions. Moreover, the application offers the added convenience of transaction monitoring, enabling users to maintain a comprehensive record of all financial interactions directly within the app. This innovative utility ensures that patrons can effortlessly express their satisfaction for exceptional service while transcending the limitations of cash-only scenarios. • Challenges • The restaurant owners needed help to keep track of the tips that a waiter received. They wanted to develop a tipping app that encourages employees to promptly and accurately report tips received and aid employers in managing their finances. • Solution • We developed an app with the following components to meet all customer requirements: • Users can book a table and avail of the discounts available in the app • The app shows the list of all nearby restaurants within a specific radius  • Users can select payment options like cash, credit card payment, and tipping  • Users can add a tip by 10%, 15%, or 25%, or even customize it as needed • Business owners can track each employee’s progress and the collected tip. • The app will give restaurant owners a reminder or alert whenever they get a tip.

Results • After recognizing the future potential of the food sector, one of our American customers asked Sapphire to develop an application that enables foodies to quickly and conveniently purchase the best cuisine from their chosen restaurants. The app was created for the Android and iOS operating systems and is available in several languages.
