  2. It is important for people to know both the character of God and how he has worked his plan in the past if they claim to follow Christ. The People who follow Christ will want this knowledge so that their lives can be more like the Lord and live according to his will. Also, it is vital that people listen to God and his words so that He can assist in guiding their lives and teach them about Himself through the scriptures.

  3. God’s Instructions for Life Are Kept in His Word People who Christ will find instructions on how to respond to how they treat others or react in situations, when they should rest, how to pray or fast, how to handle those who have hurt them and any situation that people face.

Find Wisdom from It While people find knowledge through reading the books to become a better homemakers or know how to cook the best meals, reading the bible every day helps people gain wisdom that will strengthen them, give them peace and joy and prepare them to face life’s difficulties. People can only find this through reading the scripture.
