  1. How to make delicious pink velvet cake at your home? Pink velvet cake is fluffy, moist and has a velvety crumb that melts in your mouth. It is covered in a thick layer of stabilized whipped cream and fresh raspberries.   2. Frosting  680 g heavy whipping cream  113 g powdered sugar  14 g powdered gelatin  1 tablespoon cold water  1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  1 teaspoon heavy whipping cream  1 cup fresh raspberries (optional) garnish

Instructions  You should heat oven to 168-177 degree centigrade  Prepare two three 6x2 cake pans with cake goop or another preferred pan spray.  You should fill your pans about 3/4 of the way full of batter.  You should combine flour, sugar, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.  Mix 10 seconds to combine  You should combine 1/2 cup of the milk and the oil together.  Set it aside.  Combine the remaining milk, egg whites, pink food color from Anuja Food Colours, and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.  Whisk to break up the eggs and set sides.  Add your softened butter to the dry ingredients.  Mix on low until mixture resembles a coarse sand.  Add in your mixture and let mix until dry ingredients are moistened.  Add in your egg white mixture in three batches  Let the batter mix for 15 seconds between additions  Bake 35-40 minutes  Cool for 10 minutes inside the pan before flipping them out Frosting  Sprinkle your gelatin over the water  Let bloom for 5 minutes  Melt gelatin for 5 seconds  Add in 1 tsp of heavy cream and mix  Whip your heavy cream to soft peaks in a cold mixing bowl  Add in your sugar and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  Mix until combined  Drizzle in your gelatin and mix until whipped cream forms stiff peaks Assembly  Take the first layer of the cake and spread 1/2 whipped cream over it  Add another layer of cake and spread 1/2 cup whipped cream over it  Let it set up effectively for 2 hours in refrigerator and serve it
