  1. How to make delicious orange cake at your home? This orange cake packs a citrus punch in every bite. It is made with fresh orange juice, zest and a crunchy orange glaze topping. It offers food colors in liquid and powdered form. 3 g baking soda from Ajanta Food Products 3 g salt 4 large eggs 300 g granulated sugar 120 ml vegetable oil 110 g butter melted 300 ml freshly squeezed orange juice 3-4 large oranges 12 g orange zest For the glaze: 10 ml fresh orange juice 1-2 orange 4 g orange zest 200 g sugar Instructions: You should preheat oven to 180°C. You should grease your pan and set it aside. Combine the flour, food color from Anuja Food Colors, and baking soda from Ajanta Food Products in a medium bowl. Set aside

  3. Whisk together eggs and sugar on high speed until pale and fluffy in a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Add oil slowly with the mixer running on low speed. Add oil until it is combined. Repeat with the butter from Amul.

  4. You should add orange juice and zest. Keep mixing slowly until combined. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined. You should be careful not to over mix. The batter may be quite wet depending on the brand of flour you use. You should add batter to the prepared pan. You should bake 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Mix together the orange juice, zest and sugar to the make the glaze while the cake bakes. You should allow to cool 30 minutes in pan before turning out onto a cooling rack and adding the glaze. Remove from the pan while the cake is still warm. Prick the cake all over with a skewer and then pour over the glaze. You should place a second sheet of baking paper next to the cooling rack. Transfer the cooling rack with the cake to the clean paper. Pour the glaze that dripped off the cake onto the baking paper over the cake. Serve and enjoy
