Directions: You should preheat oven to 177 degree C. Grease a 10 inch cake pan Whisk together flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, and pinch of blended orange food colour from Anuja Food Colours, in a medium bowl. You should set it aside. Whisk together eggs and sugar on high speed until pale and fluffy. You should whisk it for at least 5 minutes. On low speed, you should add oil slowly until combined. You should add orange juice, zest and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products. Keep whisking slowly until combined. You should add flour mixture and whisk just until combined. You should ensure that the mixture should not over mix. You should pour batter into prepared pans. You should bake it for at least 20 minutes. You should ensure that the batter is baked until it is cooked completely or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cover loosely with aluminum foil if the top is browning quickly while baking. You should allow cake to cool completely on a wire rack. You should store the cake in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. The cake is best served at room temperature for the best moist texture. Add frosting of your liking.
