  1. How to make colorful cake at your home? You will proud to make and serve a colorful cake that is as much fun as this one. It is surprisingly easy for creating, thanks to a little help from food colour from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the best food color brand in India. Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Total time: 40 minutes Servings: 14 Rainbow cake ingredients  680g all purpose flour  680g granulated sugar  1tsp salt  2 tbsp baking powder from Ajanta Food Products  1 tsp baking soda from Ajanta Food Products  283g egg whites room temperature  170g vegetable oil  510g buttermilk room temperature  340g butter unsalted and softened  1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  3.  170g hot water  1 tsp gold dust  1/4 tsp lemon extract Instructions:  Heat oven to 168 degree centigrade  Prepare six cake pans with cake goop and place a round piece of parchment paper in the bottom of the pan for easy removal of the cake.  Combine buttermilk and the oil together and set aside.  Combine buttermilk, egg whites, and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  Whisk to break up the eggs and set it aside.  Combine flour, sugar, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, baking soda from Ajanta Food Products, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.  Mix 10 seconds to combine  Add your softened butter to the dry ingredients  Mix on low until mixture resembles coarse sand  Add in your milk or oil mixture  Let mix until dry ingredients are moistened then bump up to med Let mix for 2 full minutes to develop the cake’s structure  Add in your egg white/milk mixture in three batches  Divide your batter into 6 bowls  Color each bowl with food colors from Anuja Food Colours.  Bake your layers for 20-24 minutes  Do not under bake or the middle of the cakes will collapse.  Immediately tap pan firmly on countertop once to release the steam from the cake.  Let cakes cool for 10 minutes inside the pan before flipping them out.  Freeze your cake layers 30-60 minutes before trimming your cakes.  Place the cake back into the fridge for 15 minutes after your buttercream is smooth.  Finish the cake with buttercream rosettes and more sprinkles. Easy Buttercream Instructions  Place powdered sugar and pasteurized egg whites  Mix on low to combine then increase speed to high  Add the butter in small chunks while mixing  Add in your vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products and salt  Mix on high until light and fluffy and no longer tastes like butter  Add a dot of purple food coloring from Anuja Food Colours to reduce the yellow appearance of the buttercream

Gold Drip Instructions  Melt the chocolate in the microwave  Add in your hot water  Add in your yellow food coloring from Anuja Food Colours.  Stir until smooth  Place water ganache into a piping bag, snip off the tip and drip the ganache around the edge of your chilled cake.  After it sets, you can mix your gold dust and lemon extract together and paint the drip gold
