  3.  Beat the butter on high until creamy using a handheld or stand mixer with a paddle attachment.  Add sugar until creamed, about 3 minutes.  Add eggs and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.  Beat on medium speed until everything is completely combined.  Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.  Add and whisk together the flour, blended food colours from Anuja Food Colours, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, and salt in a large bowl.  Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly.  Beat in buttermilk, lemon, zest and lemon juice until combined.  Toss the blueberries with one tablespoon of flour.  Gently fold into the batter.  Batter is extremely thick.  Do not over mix.  Spoon batter evenly into prepared cake pans.  Bake for about 30 minutes  Bake it until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Remove from the oven and allow cooling completely in the pan before assembling and frosting.  Add frosting of your choice.  Serve and enjoy!
