Our Bolton Sprockets in UK are made to your specification. Material is supplied in sheets of 6mm (.236"), the finished sprocket is pressed from this sheet, then machined with an undercut. The undercut is used to form the teeth that drive the chain. Sprocket holes are then drilled through the middle of each tooth, or into the backing plate if blank sprockets are being made. These pieces are built with single-point tolerance control so all sprocket features are identical for maximum product consistency.<br>
