  4. Event Lawn Rentals Party Lawns: 50 to 75 pax: 75,000 INR 75 to 100 pax: 105,000 INR 100 to 125 pax: 115,000 INR 125 to 150 pax: 135,000 INR 150 to 200 pax: 175,000 INR 200 to 250 pax: 195,000 INR (Maximum Capacity)

Tariff Inclusions Use of Party Lawns Complimentary 1 room for changing (not for stay) Car parking facilities Gathering applicable to your chosen slab, we count the number of ppl coming in Tariff Exclusions A generator will be required to power the event and has to be arranged by the decorator / host. You can chose to take quotes from our empanelled Decor & Catering vendors or chose to bring in your own. If you chose the latter, a maintenance charge of Rs 7500/- per vendor is applicable. Stay is not included

  6. Stays on Event Days Charges: 1500 INR per person (Up to 16 pax per night) Stay on Non-Event Days Package: 8 pax: 25,000 INR Additional people visiting on non event days , are chargeable at 1k each, additional ppl staying at 1500 each.

  7. House Rules Checking In: Check in time is post 1 PM and check out time is 11 AM. For extended check outs, prior permission is mandatory as it is subject to availability of the property and late check out charges may apply. Please let our staff do the necessary health checks and sanitization protocols before moving into the property. Please show a valid photo id to the staff or whatsapp a soft copy to management. Please make the payment for the remaining amount (if any) before settling into your rooms. All incidental / additional charges will be charged for during checkout. All payments to be done prior to check in.

Do's & Don't's: Strict Sound Cut off time outdoors – 10 PM Sound to be at medium to low volume owing to restrictions Farm Gate will be regulated Liquor – To be served only with license No Baraat owing to restrictions in place (we are not a commercial venue) Dholwalas if any should be minimum in number (2/3 at max), dhol playing will be limited to half hour max after which they will be promptly asked to leave

  9. Payment Terms: A 50% advance on the total billing Is required at the time of booking A 25% advance is required 2 month prior to the booking Balance 25% advance is required a week prior to the booking Cancellation Policy: A 20k minimum cancellation penalty is applicable after confirming a booking. Any cancellations done 2 months prior to the event are subject to a 25% penalty on the advances given. Cancellations done less then 2 months prior to the event will lead to a 50% penalty on the advances given.
