USA FOOTBALL HEADS UP FOOTBALL COST • BETTER, SAFER GAME • $25 per coach • All coaches register – head and assistants – as a USA Football member • $1 Million Insurance for all certified coaches • The only cost for the entire Heads Up Football program • Can be paid by either your school or each coach • Distributed using a Membership Code unique to each school

DATALYS • INJURY SURVEILLANCE STUDY • BETTER, SAFER GAME • Purpose • The primary purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of Heads Up Football (HUF). • Process • 5 HUF leagues vs. 5 Non-HUF Leagues • 2,100 players • 10 Leagues spanned four states: AZ, IN, MA, SC • Players ages 5 -14 years • Athletic Trainers present at every practice and game • Preliminary Results • 76% reduction in injuries recorded at practice • 57% reduction in time-loss injuries • 38% reduction in injuries during games • 34% concussion reductions in practice* • 29% concussion reductions in games* • *Concussion findings not statistically significant due to low numbers of concussion sustained
