Kerala -Kerala is a small state.It is in the southwest corner of India. -Kerala is a land of rivers.Kerala's nickname is god's own country. -Thiruvananthapuram is the capital of Kerala. -The people of Kerala speak Malayalam language. -Kerala is famous for its greenery. -Kerala is famous for Ayurvedic medicine. -The literacy rate is 94% according to 2011 census.It has highest literacy rate among Indian states.

  3. -The crops grown in Kerala are pepper,tapioca,rubber,banana,coconut etc. -Two important dances of Kerala are Kathakali and Mohiniyattam. -Onam is the main festival of Kerala.It is a harvest festival. -Boat races are special attraction of Kerala. United Arab Emirates [UAE] -The United Arab Emirates is a federation of seven small states- 1.Abu Dhabi 2.Ajman 3.Dubai 4.Fujairah

  4. 5.Ras Al Quaiwan 6.Sharjah 7.Umn Al Quaiwan -Abu Dhabi is an island.It is the capital city of UAE. -The main language of UAE is Arabic. -Sheik Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nayan is the current ruler of UAE. -It has oil under the soil.Petrol is cheaper than water. -Dates are available more in Abu Dhabi. -The major religion of UAE is Muslim.

  5. -The currency of UAE is Dirham. -Weather is very hot.People wear loose clothes and cover their heads. -The countries around Abu Dhabi are located in a desert area. -Desert's cover atleast one-fourth of earth's land surface. -Most desert plants are drought tolerant.Different types of cactus and dates grow more in desert. -Camel is called the ship of the desert because it can survive without food and water for many days. -Lizards,snakes,fox,red kangaroos are tolerant of dry climate. -The mountains made of sand are called sand dunes.
