  1. How to Get Back on Track After Trauma How to Get Back on Track After Trauma Surge Surgery ry Either you trust it or not, but this popular adage that “mind is power” is completely true. Whenever the mind is in the healthy state your physical well being is also going to be in a good shape and it is vice versa. This thing has been proven over and over again by the people who had suffered such problems. Such things don’t just cause mental impairment but physical ones too. Trauma is something that one would ever wish to undergo. It is a result of a terrifying experience. It can be well defined as : “Trauma is hell on earth. Trauma resolved is a gift from the gods.” ― Peter A. Levine It is not just hard to through such experience, but at the same time, it is persistent too. Its influence and impact on a person’s life may last for a lifetime too. “There’s no timestamp on trauma. There isn’t a formula that you can insert yourself into to get from horror to healed. Be patient. Take up space. Let your journey be the balm.” – Dawn Serra

  2. Do you know for those, who have experienced any traumatic events in their childhood are ones who often struggle to recover during their adolescence and adulthood? It’s true!!! Know that, surviving trauma is much different from recovering trauma, and you will get to know about it once you talk with people who’re in need of trauma treatment. Healing from such terrific situations is indeed difficult, and it is different for each one. Healing from childhood trauma is like being able to live in the present without being distressed by incidents of the past. However, today it is possible to recover from any such past trauma if someone is willing to, through the assistance of a professional orthopedic doctor. Trauma affecting the lives of young people What I found very much misunderstood about the trauma these days is that everyone who has undergone any sort of traumatic experience will have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) too. But the truth is not this at all! It’s yet to be told – I would better do this. The reason being there are many who develops stress following the aftermath of trauma, while a few of them will have a full range of symptoms such as hypervigilance and a major decline in so many activities. There is one great old saying too; I hope heard that –“time heals everything.” So, it can be possible, too, in some instances, but the odds are pretty less. Young and adult survivors of traumatic events are often deeply affected and keep on distressing themselves and their feelings in their minds. Such issues that arise from these traumatic events can further have difficulty in making relationships in the future, having a fear of being hurt. Such survivors can also experience depression that often makes them blaming their own selves for whatever happened to them and will also have difficulty in concentrating and while sleeping. Don’t you worry – these reactions are normal Many times, these young adults and adolescent survivors feel that their lives are out of control and feel ashamed that they are not able to get over such a terrifying incident for so long. Talking about it makes them believe that it is a shame it today’s society. But it shouldn’t be a case anymore. Acknowledging what happened in the past and getting the trauma treatment from a professional is a big must. There’s nothing to be ashamed off of it because all such things and reactions are normal. Getting the professional assistance of trauma surgeon is a must in being supportive to yourself in the healing process of past trauma. Parents of young teens and adults do not have to feel helpless in not knowing how to help their little ones to overcome it. You need to become informed about it and seek some professional assistance that can be of great assistance in the healing process. Trust me; it can make a real difference. So, in case, if you are someone who is living with a recent or past trauma, the reach out to the best orthopedic doctor in Chandigarh and talk to them about it and seek professional help from them.
