  1. Project & Portfolio Management

  2. TouchBase - PPM is an enterprise-wide Project & Portfolio management software. • TouchBase - PPM is an enterprise-wide project planning & scheduling software. Its ready to use project templates and inbuilt Gantt chart makes it easy to create & plan new projects. Its multi level WBS (Work Break Down Structure) can be used to plan project phases, tasks & deliverables. • Its toll gates and the associated checklists brings in the necessary project governance & quality check points. It supports different project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, EVMS, Task based, Ticket Based & others. • Its integration to other software modules like Resource Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management etc makes it the only solution to provide an end-to-end solution for your complete business processes.

  3. Planning & Scheduling • Allows you to plan project activities by assigning them to team resources. • One can also mention dependencies and view plan vs. actual project progress in a Gantt chart.

  4. Templates • Define Project Templates. The templates can be defined according to different project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Ticket based, etc. • The templates are very comprehensive and are not just WBS elements as normally is the case with a typical project management tool.

  5. Project Fields • Define Project fields such as Vertical, Business Units, Region, etc. These fields can be defined for each project template. • Such fields can be used to define business rules and later actions can be triggered based on these rules.

  6. Issues & Action Items • Track project issues and action items either at the project level or at any of the WBS level. Different types of issues can be created, and they can be prioritized. • An issue can be assigned to a resource with a planned schedule through an action item.

  7. Project Team • Project team can be categorized into project groups and roles. • Different permission can be granted to each of these groups to control access privileges.

  8. Alerts, Reminders, Escalations • The communication protocol can be setup using available configurations. • Auto generated alerts, reminders, and escalations are sent to the project team members and other stakeholders.

  9. Reports and Dashboards • Different reports and dashboards can be configured to get real-time project progress and other information. • These dashboards can be graphical and can have the ability to drill-down.

  10. Thank you
