  1. Why Instant noodles? It is no secret that many of us, especially children and women love eating Instant Noodles. We call it ‘Two minute noodles’. It is tasty, nutritious and at the same time easy to cook. You need to spend only a few minutes to cook instant noodles and there are so many ways to cook the different varieties of instant noodles available in the market and there are so many flavours to choose from. As we know, almost all women are now employed either in the Govt. sector or in the private sector. Time has become all the more precious. Spending more time in the kitchen to prepare all traditional dishes is not possible. Spending minimum time in the kitchen and making the maximum delicious food is the motto of each and every woman, not forgetting the healthy side of the food. The best solution they find is the Instant Noodles, and to be specific, this is one food item that is loved by kids and adults alike. It is not only delicious but nutritious too and children love instant noodles as snack and as a staple food. Though there are so many instant noodle brands in the market that are really cheap and affordable. Not to forget mentioning the quality of the noodles compared with the price. Usually, noodles are made with rice flour, wheat flour, buckwheat flour, multigrain, oats etc. Moreover, the three key ingredients to make instant noodles include the variety of flour, salt and water. Almost all instant noodle brands are sold with flavouring powder and sometimes with seasoning oil too. The flavouring is usually kept in a separate packet.
