  3. Dum Aloo Recipe Dum Aloo Recipe is one of the most famous recipes in north India. Every person has there own style to make it. But here we are telling you the Instant and easy way to make Dum Aloo at home. Ingredients Requirement: 900 g baby potatoes 1 tsp Knorr® Paneer Butter Masala 1 1/2 tbsp ghee 4 tbsp tomato puree 140 ml yogurt/ dahi 1 green pepper/ capsicum; sliced oil for deep-frying salt to taste For the paste: 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp cashew nuts 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 dry red chilies pinch of ground mace pinch of ground nutmeg Peel the potatoes, prick them with a fork and soak in water with salt to taste for 15 minutes. After drying the potatoes, deep-fry until golden brown. Drain them and keep it set aside. Heat the ½ tbsp of ghee in a non-stick pan and sauté the 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, cashew nuts and spices until cooked. Grind all the ingredients for the paste along with 1 cup of water to get a smooth consistency. Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tbsp of ghee and stir in the tomato purée, yogurt/ dahi and salt. Add potatoes, paste, 2 cups of water and Knorr® Paneer Butter Masala. Stir over a low heat for 5 minutes. Add the sliced green pepper/ capsicum and cook for another 3-4 minutes.   4. Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe Paneer Tikka Masala is one of the famous Punjabi Dish. It serve as a starter and in the main course also. It is a restaurant style recipe and is pretty rich and heavy. But here, we are telling you the instant and simple way to prepare it home with Knorr Instant recipe packs. METHOD First, marinate the paneer with ginger garlic paste, Indian masala, mustard oil and curd and mix weland put this in the oven for 15 minutes. Keep aside once the paneer is cooked. Now, melt butter in a vessel and add the remaining ginger garlic paste and sauté till the oil separates from the masala. Add the onion, tomato, capsicum cubes. When the masala starts to cook, add the Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masala diluted in water and cook further for 10 minutes. Now, add the cashew paste and simmer for 10 minutes. When the gravy is ready, add the cooked Paneer along with the marination into this Finish the recipe with a garnish of cream and chopped coriander leaves! It is a creame and well flavored dish. INGREDIENTS 1 packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masala 100 gm assorted vegetables (cauliflower, Green peas, French beans, carrot) cut into cubes, 10 gm butter, 20 gm Paneer cubes, 20 gm cashew paste, Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional), 25 gm assorted dry fruit like cashew nut, kishmish, cherry, magaj, 20 gm onion paste, 20 ml Fresh milk,10 ml fresh cream METHOD Cut the assorted vegetables into small cubes and boil till the vegetables are cooked properly. Remove and keep it aside. Heat butter in a cooking vessel. Add the onion paste and cook until oil appears from the gravy. Add cashew paste and the Knorr® Ready to Cook Paneer Butter Masala into this. Add milk into the gravy and check the seasoning. Add the boiled vegetables, paneer and the dry fruits into this. Cover for 5 minutes.   6. Paneer Makhani Recipe Paneer Makhani Is the very popular dish. You can easily and a signature dish of every restaurant. This Dish is mainly originated in New Delhi. INGREDIENTS ½ packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masala 150 gm Paneer (Cut into cubes) 20 gm butter 50 gm cashew paste 1 cup tomato puree ½ cup thickened cream 2 tsp kastoori methi METHOD Heat butter in a Non Stick Pan. Add powdered kastoori methi into this and sauté it. Add the tomato puree and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Add the cashew paste and cook it further. Add the Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masala powder into this with some water and simmer it to cook till the gravy is ready. Add the cubes of Paneer and cover for 5 minutes.
