3. Find a roommate of the opposite gender • Unfortunately, many people chose not to move in with a person of the opposite gender when they are searching for a roommate. This is why I have collected some good reasons for why you should choose a roommate of the opposite gender. Moreover, I have also collected some good advices telling you how to make it work when you are a boy and a girl moving in together. • I have also talked with Christoffer, who has tried to live with both boys and girls. Get his opinion and good advices on how to make it work. • So many good reasons for why you should do it • Good dynamics • When you choose to move in with a roommate of the opposite gender there will be a very good dynamic in your home. As you are very different in many ways you might learn things from each other and maybe also something about yourself. Boys and girls have different ways of doing things and when you combine those two ways, you will get a very good dynamic. • A great balance • “In general, the houses I have been living in with a girl is the homes I think have worked the best. I think I creates a very good balance if you are able to respect each other and understand each others differences.” Says Christoffer when I asked him why it works so great when a boy and a girl is living together. • Complement each other very well • You complement and help each other very well - what one of you is missing have the other person. Girls are for example always trying to find the reason behind the problem, while the boys are more likely to find solution to the problem. • http://www.findroommate.com/blog/60/find-a-roommate-of-the-opposite-gender
