Detail about Landscape scope of work  Supply and installation of irrigation system Total area covering 6620 S/Mtr with Excavation first then insertion of UPVC main line of 3 inch irrigation with Atlas,Cosmoplast brand which is going to connect with Balance tank and booster pressure water pump which is considering RFQ by mentioning.Connecting all electric soloneid valve of 2 inches with timer with water proof ducabe cables.Making connection of control panel.UPVC reducer lines,insertion of raiser for popup sprinklers with all required fitting of atlas brand wherever necessaries.All MEP work for complete testing & commissioning.

Detail about Landscape scope of work  Supply and spreading sweet soil Backfilling of sweet soil with mixture of biofertiliser for the leveling of the area 662 Cubic meter.Leveling with roller and 20 to 40 cubic trucks trying to bring and before unloading a storage area will be decided to dump and boomloader/ Bobcat shall be apply to spread sweet soil to cover above area.Sweet soil consider in the form of red sand to give nutrition with the help of biofertiliser to grass growing and green

Detail about Landscape scope of work  Supply and installation of carpeted Grass  As per the action plan once irrigation will be done sweet soil will be spread successfully and testing and commissioning of irrigation will be completed,Carpet grass shall be bring in the form of carpet and one square meter will cover two pieces of each roll.Grass sample will be shown before laying.Joint will be match and pop up sprinklers adjustment will be done accordingly.Finaly grass will take two weeks time to catch roots and grow and joint matching.Bio fertiliser will be spread over the grass if needed and site will be handed over with immediate effect.There will be no maintenance services until the AMC contract signed
