Course Overview • This practical training, provided by professional engineers with extensive international experience, explains and illustrates the use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (the “Construction Contract”) and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build (the “Design-Build Contract”).

  4. Chapter 4:suspension • Chapter 5: Financial Clauses And Procedures • Chapter 6: Risks,force Majeure & Termination • Chapter 7: The Management Of Claims • Chapter 8: Principles Governing The Dab(dispute Adjudication Board)

Course Fee & Exam Fee • 25 hours to be carried out over 5 days (5 hrs presentation per each day) including presentation, workshop, valuable supporting documents, soft & hard templates for conditions of contract for building & engineering works, conditions of contract for EPC/Turnkey projects , guidance for the preparation of particular conditions.
