  1. Some Helpful Tips To Prevent Chafing Chafing is a very common aliment that has occurred in everyone’s lives. You must have experienced it after a long day walk in summer or rigorous workout or probably just like that. But, do you know what chafing actually is? Chafing is a physical ailment that occurs to both men and women by doing the above mentioned physical activities like running, jogging, even walking (especially during the hot seasons) and when people wear tight clothes that rub against their body. It also happens when your skin rubs against the sticky clothes. The whole process can be very painful and if not taken care of, the entire can get severely affected.

Therefore, it is very important to understand the tips to prevent chafing in your privates but, choosing the right pair of men’s underwear is not the only solution; you must follow the mentioned instructions also. • Go for various apparel styles for different situations: Chafing gets worse when you slip into the wrong pair of men’s undergarments such as men’s brief underwear or men’s bikinis. The tight/snug fit clothing does no help in making it better. You can definitely go for cotton fabric when you already know that the day will be hectic. Go for loose boxers to keep it comfortable throughout the day. • Keep the groin area clean: It is very important for the males (and females) to properly clean their private area every time they visit the washroom. If not done regularly, you might get bacterial r fungal infection also with chafing. If you are experiencing chafing between your thighs, gently clean the area to remove any dirt or sweat build-up. Make sure to wipe gently with a clean cloth and repeat if necessary. • Feeling sweaty: it’s time to change: Sweat is one of the biggest factors that allow the skin to rub against the clothes which leads to chafing. Hence, you must change your basic clothing as soon as you get time to avoid accumulation of sweat on your men’s thongs or any other style. Keep an extra pair handy throughout the day; in your gym bag, in your car and/or office. •Apply talcum powder: With every step being a little difficult (changing pairs every now and then), you can easily carry a small box of talcum powder and apply whenever you get an opportunity to prevent sweating. Powder is a great sweat absorbent that soaks the sweat, and keeps the area clean and dry for longer periods. • Keep them breathing: When you come back home after a long,

You must keep them open (not literally going commando, but being in boxers or any loose clothing that give the manhood space and fresh air) and let them breathe. This will heal the chafed area faster and will make a better recovery. These tips help in preventing you from experiencing chafing down there; as well as, in other sensitive areas of the body.
