Season it with salt, toss the pieces to mix the salt evenly and then set it aside in order to drain. Mix yogurt, dill and garlic in a separate bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, take the ground lamb and add garlic, mint, feta cheese, salt and some black pepper. Coat some nonstick spray on a piece of heavy duty foil and put it on the grill. Arrange the sweet onion slices in a single layer. Remove the foil with onions from the grill and set the onions on one side.
