  2. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU FOUND A SNAKE IN YOUR HOUSE? What would you do if you came across a snake in your house? Would you freak out, refuse to go inside, or put your house on the market? Once, a person even set their house on fire trying to get rid of the snakes in their home. No need to do any of these things!

  3. When You First Encounter the Snake If you encounter a snake in your home, remember to remain calm and make sure there’s no one or pets around the area where the snake is. Most snakes aren’t there to attack — they may be scared and will often try to defend themselves. Try not to disturb them enough to go into hiding as it will become difficult, and it’s actually in our best interest to not interact with the snake at all

  4. Identification If you have encountered a snake outside of your home and you know it’s not enomous, it’s best to leave them be and wait until it goes away. However, you will need to call a pest control company to remove the snake if it’s venomous.In the meantime, if you are unsure if the snake is venomous or not, leave it up for a professional to identify it.

  5. Be Cautious If you’ve found a snake that’s currently residing in a hiding spot, such as behind a fridge or inside a hole in the wall, don’t try lure it out. It can be potentially dangerous, especially if you don’t know whether it’s venomous or not. Leave it up to an animal
