  4. ATraditional Middle Eastern sweet cake. • Made from cooked semolina or farina soaked in simple syrup. • Found in the cuisines of the Middle East, the Balkans and the Horn of Africa. • A Variety of the dish flavoured with yogurt, honey and spices. • Small cakes that are covered with syrup.

A popular coffee-flavoured Italian custard dessert. • Made of Lady fingers dipped in coffee • Layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. • Adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts. •  origins are often disputed among Italian regions such as Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, &others.

  8. Oman breakfast dish served on eid days. • Simple to make and delicious in taste. • Flavored with cardamom and rose water in every bite of the dish. •  Works with fat free milk as well as whole milk.

  10. A Sweet tart filled with a soft piped caramel filling. • Topped with cream or drizzled with chocolate • Contains Biscuit crust ,luxurious chocolates etc. • A Rich decadent dessert that is easy to make.
