Certificate attestation in UAE is a crucial legal aspect when you are planning to move to another country to study, work, run a business, or live abroad, particularly in the UAE. Among the initial stages of this process is the state validation. Concept of State Validation State validation also known as state-level attestation or HRD/Home Department attestation is a kind of document verification that is made at the first level, i.e., by the corresponding authority in the state where the document was originally used. This is done to ascertain the authenticity of the document and its issuing institution.
