  1. Blue Water Island: Not Only Location, But Prices Will Surely Attract You Waterfront living has become an old concept now. Now imagine living next to the world’s largest wheel and novelty factors. The residential development located on the Blue waters Island, off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence and next to London Eye like Ain Dubai which is world’s largest Wheel of over 210 meters, is the one we are talking about. Various phases are under construction on this island like residential, retail and leisure which are the two hotels of Ain Dubai. These developments involve 10 midrise towers with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments of total 698 in number. It will also have 17 4 bedroom townhouses. The possession of residences at the blue waters will start in the first quarter of next year.

  2. These apartments were released in the market earlier this year and the townhouses as well have attracted strong interest from local and international markets. In the sales of theses residential development, the location has played a big factor, also the fact that the homeowners can be able to live next to the world’s largest observation wheel. Earlier the launch, only one building was released, but later quickly, the second was released. First few weeks from sales perspective, went well and the buyers displayed good interest. The pricing is in line with other man made islands like Palm Jumeirah and Al Marsa islands. Other nearby developments like Vida project on Marina Yatch Club was launched at Dh 2,000 per square feet. The demand for these residences is from family owners, instead of only investment purpose. There are less than 700 apartments to be built on the island which means it will not get exhaust of supply units. In this way, they become relatively rare in the secondary market if owners decide not to sell.

The island will connect to a bridge already finished construction work. The driverless installation transport system comprised of 25 auto vehicles will start soon. The five start hotels on the island will include two out of four new resorts launched by Meeras in April next year named Re Vera Bluewater and Vivus Bluewater resort.
