myxovirus (influenza virus) resistance 1, interferon-inducible protein p78 (mouse)

https://www.creativebiomart.net/symbolsearch_MX1.htm<br>In mouse, the interferon-inducible Mx protein is responsible for a specific antiviral state against influenza virus infection. The protein encoded by this gene is similar to the mouse protein as determined by its antigenic relatedness, induction conditions, physicochemical properties, and amino acid analysis. This cytoplasmic protein is a member of both the dynamin family and the family of large GTPases. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.

We selected most pathways MX1 participated on our site, such as Measles, Influenza A, which may be useful for your reference. Also, other proteins which involved in the same pathway with MX1 were listed below. Creative BioMart supplied nearly all the proteins listed, you can search them on our site. Some of the functions are cooperated with other proteins, some of the functions could acted by MX1 itself. We selected most functions MX1 had, and list some proteins which have the same functions with MX1. You can find most of the proteins on our site.
