Shortlisting criteria for the profile includes Current CAT, XAT, and GMAT scores (whichever is higher) scholastic standing (10th, 12th, Graduation, Overall academic performance, etc.) Work history (type of company, total experience in months, etc.) Extracurricular achievements (State, National, or International). In the shortlisting process, the Statement of Purpose is essential. The shortlists for each programme are distinct from one another. Shortlisting for one programme does not ensure shortlisting for another programme for applicants who have applied to more than one programme. Students will get email notification of the shortlist choice at the email address on file. Admissions process, Stage II 1. The English Proficiency Test (EPT), Moderated Group Discussion (MGD), and Personal Interview make up Stage II of the TAPMI admissions procedure (PI). 2. First, the English Proficiency Test (EPT) EPT evaluates the applicant’s reading, writing, and listening comprehension of the English language. 3. Moderated Group Discussions (MGD): The purpose of moderated group discussions is to assess an applicant’s capacity to contribute to and engage within a group. The MGD tests applicants’ abilities in problem-solving, assertiveness, collaboration, persuasion, and communication. The subjects for MGD will be determined by current events and recent debates. The faculty panel will moderate the conversation and there will be a cap of six applications per group in the next process. 4. Personal Interview (PI): TAPMI wants to know the applicant’s attitude toward management education, hence it conducts personal interviews. To be safe, the same TAPMI will also perform behavioural personal interviews. TAPMI will assess an applicant’s capacity for leadership, communication, self-management, social awareness, and self-awareness. Last Decision The candidate is ultimately chosen based on their performance on the entrance exam, as well as their academic background, employment history, EPT score, MGD score, and PI score.
