    3. Composition of Committee The advisory committee shall consist of 11 members, including four consumers or persons representing consumers and seven other representatives, appointed by the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.

Stan Egger, Taylor County, Abilene, Texas Almarie Henderson (CR), Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, Nacogdoches, Texas Elizabeth Quiroz-Eureste (CR), Concho County Hospital District, Eden, Texas Ben Raimer, M.D., University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas Petra Reyna, Reyna Associates, Mission, Texas Melanie Richburg, Lynn County Hospital District, Family Wellness Clinic, Tahoka, Texas Donald K. spies (CR), Dallas County, Dallas, Texas One other CR appointee, resigned

Specific Issues To Be Addressed Pilot program(s?) for regionalization of county and hospital district (and public hospital?) health care services and assistance Health services provided under Subchapter B of Chapter 61 of Health and Human Services Code and differences in eligibility requirements for health services provided by a county, a public hospital and a hospital district Allocation method used for distributing state assistance funds and County reporting requirements and enforcement Other areas or subjects as the Committee determines
