  11. What is ISO ILL? • ISO Interlibrary Loan Protocol (ISO ILL) enables interlibrary loan transactions to be sent from one interlibrary loan system to another via the Libraries Australia Document Delivery gateway.

Using Enhanced Requesting • If your library is a member of LADD the request will go to your library LADD account. • Your library can be set up to receive an Email Alert that an Enhanced Request has been submitted from LA Search. • The request will not be activated until a staff member at your library authorises it to do so.

  49. Using Enhanced Requesting • If your library is not a member of LADD, the request is sent to your library’s email address according to the ILRS entry • Library staff then email the request to libraries which hold the item.
