1. Shaping dreams into reality With a view of providing better housing facilities to all, Diamond Multi State CGHS has launched a new project under the banner of Delhi Housing Society. The company aims at providing better infrastructure and better living standards to all at comparatively cheaper rates. This has been the dream project for the company ever since it had launched its first brain child of providing flats and apartments for LIG. The company aims at providing excellent quality of construction with lower EMIs’ so that the people who have low income can also afford the houses. It was not only this project, but also various other previous projects of the company that have been successful over the last decade. Currently the company owns about more than 15 such ongoing projects which aims at providing houses to all lower income and middle income group of families. As said by the chairperson of the Antariksh Group– it was said that there are many real estate builders that have been and are constructing luxurious flats, houses and villas for the upper middle class and the higher income group of people. Such houses and flats cannot be at any cost owned by the LIG and the MIG families. But the company aims at providing the same facilities to those who cannot afford. This noble initiative has been taken under the guidance and support of the government too, as told by the spokes person.

2. Diamond Multi State CGHS ltd, till now has provided over a 500 numbers of flats to the LIG and MIG families with many benefits being given to them at the same time. Lower EMI’s, free registrations, easy loan availability at zero percent finance and easy installments were the key highlights and many other benefits. Similarly the project Delhi Housing Society comes under the land pooling act of 2002, this denotes that all the consumers shall be eligible for the houses and flats at lower prices by the end of 2022.
