Open the password reset page on Hotmail official site. • Select “I forgot my password”. • Click Next.

Click Next. • Now enter a backup a mail account. Follow the instructions. • Give your full email address now or the last four digits of the telephone number.
Now click on “Send code” • You will get a recovery code. Security code from the “Microsoft account team” and a six-digit number on your mobile. • Enter the recovery code received. Click Next.
You’ll now enter the password reset page. Enter a replacement password here. • Re-enter the new password and click on Next. • Now you'll enter the sign-in page. check-in together with your new password.
