  1. Steps to fix canon printer offline issue

  2. Go to your computer, restart it and open the Control Panel.

  3. Then click Devices and Printers to locate and select your printer.

  4. Now right-click on your printer and select See what's printing.

  5. In the toolbar, open the Printer and cancel all printing commands.

  6. Check your printer by printing a test print, if the problem is not resolved, please follow the next step.

  7. Reopen Devices and Printers, select your printer, right-click, and select See What's Printing.

  8. There you can also locate if your printer is offline / paused and change the status to online.

  9. If any of the above steps do not resolve your issue, you can continue with additional troubleshooting steps.

  10. Uninstall your printer, then download and reinstall the drivers and software.
