Problems • Shipping lag times- delays for customers to receive product • Multiple suppliers • Supplier relations and Order rules • Supply chain blurs • Loss in production efficiency by producing on demand and not producing batch. • Warehouse stock outs vs. over stock • The market loses its predictability because dependencies disappear. • Legalities • Are there issues with mismatching components? • Return policy nightmare! …all sales are final. • Can the Product be easily and affordably shipped?

(No longer in business) • NikeID (Revamped their website in Feb.) • Target demographic • Are they web users? • Do they trust eCommerce and web transactions? • Standardization • Are the products standardized • Interchangeable
