Early Blockage Detection in Dense-Phase Pneumatic Conveying (Research Publication) Developed a novel methodology to detect early-stage blockage conditions. Analyzed pressure fluctuations using PSD, wavelet transform, and entropy features. Pneumatic conveying trials were conducted near blockage by reducing the conveying air flow rate Signal analysis results under near blockage remain consistent along the pipeline, unlike the variation seen during stable conveying. Improved reliability in ash conveying systems.
