However, despite administrative penalties, 9,953 units have yet to begin. In the meantime, the government has approved 1,500 extra homes for Wanaparthy Assembly Constituency and 856 additionalhomesforBalkondaConstituencyinNizamabadDistrictfor2020. But moving forward, some change is predicted. These 2BHK properties in Hyderabad might befinishedin40daysinsteadofthe150daysthathavehithertobeenthenorm.TheGHMCis now preparing to use tunnel form construction technology, allowing a 10-story building to be finished in less time than typical. The Keesara Mandal's Rampally village, where 6,240 units mustbeconstructedon41acres,willbetheinitialtestinggroundforthistechnology. AccordingtoKSureshKumar,anofficer onspecialdutyfortheGHMC,onestorycanbebuilt utilizing the new technology in 30 to 40 hours. This is the first time a government program is consideringsuchtechnology.
