TotalUnitsCoveredunderthe2BHKSchemewithaPrice Range According to a memo from the principal secretary of the government to the managing director of the Telangana State Housing Corporation, a few of the areas where construction has not yet started on many units are Alampur, Gadwal, Devarakadra, Jadcheria, Mahbubnagar, Achampet, Kollapur,Nagarkurnool,Makthal,andNaryanpet.ThisinformationwasprovidedasofJuly2020. However, despite administrative penalties, 9,953 units have yet to begin. In the meantime, the government has approved 1,500 extra homes for Wanaparthy Assembly Constituency and 856 additionalhomesforBalkondaConstituencyinNizamabadDistrictfor2020. But moving forward, some change is predicted. These 2BHK properties in Hyderabad might befinishedin40daysinsteadofthe150daysthathavehithertobeenthenorm.TheGHMCis now preparing to use tunnel form construction technology, allowing a 10-story building to be finished in less time than typical. The Keesara Mandal's Rampally village, where 6,240 units mustbeconstructedon41acres,willbetheinitialtestinggroundforthistechnology. AccordingtoKSureshKumar,anofficer onspecialdutyfortheGHMC,onestorycanbebuilt utilizing the new technology in 30 to 40 hours. This is the first time a government program is consideringsuchtechnology. RelatedInformationBestResidentialAreasinHyderabadtoFind Flatsfor Tenants Duetothestategovernment'sconsiderationofthebuildingofvitalinfrastructure,thecostofthe entire unit is greater (including infrastructure). The project's anticipated total cost is Rs 18,000 crores, of which Rs 3,230 crore has already been approved. Additionally, assistance with infrastructure development from the Centre has been asked for. The basic infrastructure, such as the roads leading up to and within the buildings, the electrical and water supply lines, the drainage and sewerage systems, etc., will also be taken care of.
