  4. ABOUT DAN I spent the first 11 years of my career working in the corporate world in sales management. In 1982 I started Dial One Magna-Dry, a fire and water damage restoration company ,with 2 employees and 1 truck.

  5. CONTINUE… Over the 30 years in this business, the company grew and became the largest water damage company in the state of Indiana with offices in 3 cities. Through these years I worked closely with many tradesmen and gained a great appreciation of their skills, attitude and commitment. I sold the company in August, 2012 and did not want to retire.

  6. ABOUT GERG In 1989, after thirteen years in lawn care I started GMP Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN with one worn- out truck. I made a lot of mistakes on that insidious learning curve but I eventually found my stride. GMP became a leader in its market. During this time I met Dan and his son Ryan, who were running a similar company in Indianapolis.

  7. In 2006 I received a great offer on my business and retired. I have joined Dan and Ryan to Form Handy Home Pros because we see an undeniable need. Home owners don’t know who they can trust and online reviews are unreliable at best. CONTINUE
